Our Mission

There is no doubt about it; we live in a hectic society where the pace does not appear to be slowing down any time soon. Our mission at Belladonna is to relieve some of the stress that is associated with always being on the go. We want to give you an atmosphere where you are able to melt away the worries of the world in the time you choose to be with us and leave us feeling better than when you arrived. Belladonna was created for that very reason: to pamper you in a luxurious atmosphere with outstanding care and services.

Scheduling an appointment

We work to schedule appointments for one or several services at the Spa to meet your convenience; therefore, it is important, especially with large groups, to call as early as possible for advance booking. When you book your appointment, be sure to let the person know if you are on a tight time schedule so we can ensure a timely departure from the Spa to meet your specific needs. Also if you have a specific technician that you would like to have your service done by, please let us know so we can accommodate that request.

Cancellation Policy

Belladonna Day Spa requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all single services. For multiple services or spa packages, a 48-hour notice of cancellation is required. Multiple service and all packages that are scheduled require a reservation with a credit card. A 25% charge will be placed on your credit card for a “no show” or “no call” for those services. Please know our scheduling is a most important function of our day, and when time is reserved by you, it prevents others from receiving those services at that time.

Arrival to the Spa

If you are a new client to the Spa, please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time in order for you to have time to fill out the client forms we keep on file for you for future services or needs. We offer complimentary showers before all body treatments, but you will need to arrive 30 minutes early in order to utilize this service and have time to relax and enjoy our facility prior to beginning your services. Exfoliating and shaving prior to a spray tan treatment is strongly advised.

Personal Comfort

Your comfort is important. Please feel free to bring a swimsuit or wear undergarments for our varied spa and hydrotherapy services. Belladonna provides robes and wraps for all spa clients for the duration of their service(s). Please leave all valuable items at home. Belladonna will not be responsible for lost or stolen valuables. It is suggested not to shave before any exfoliation treatments due to stinging that may occur. We would like each client to have full enjoyment of all the services without discomfort.

About our Staff

Belladonna’s staff of professionals is here to make sure that every client is comfortable and receives the utmost benefit and enjoyment in the spa and salon services. We welcome you to come to our spa and meet our staff so you are able to choose who you would like for the services you desire.

Gratuities

Gratuity is solely up to the client's discretion. The coordinator will ensure that the proper amount is received by the service provider(s) who served you. You may add any amount at the time of check out in cash, check or charge.

Lunch Request

A special menu from Caffé Tazza is being created for Belladonna Day Spa customers. As soon as it is available, it will be placed on the website.

Health Issues

We ask that you let us know any illness, injury or change in your health status, prior to any treatment, so we are able to ensure optimal regard for your needs, and we also want to be sure our treatments do not, in any way, interfere with any medical issues you may have. Please include this information on the client information form. We at Belladonna are greatly concerned for the well being of all our clients.

Children at the Spa

We ask that no children under the age of 16 be in the facility without an appointment for service and we also request that they be accompanied by an adult.

Special Note

In order to maintain a peaceful environment for you to enjoy during the time of your service at Belladonna, it would be greatly appreciated if all pagers and all cell phones would be turned off upon entering the spa. The most important factor at Belladonna is you, our client. We welcome any questions that you may have.
